Terms of Sale

These terms govern the sale of the PimpSEO Premium subscription, subscribed online with Jean Magné.

PimpSEO offers a free plan and a Premium plan at €9.99 (VAT included) per month. Prices are shown inclusive of all taxes; any pricing change is notified in advance and has no effect on the period already paid for.

Subscription is done online through our payment provider, Stripe. The order is final once payment is confirmed; a receipt is made available.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. The subscription is monthly and automatically renewed by direct debit until cancelled.

In accordance with the French Consumer Code, you have a 14-day period to withdraw. However, by requesting immediate access to the Premium plan (a digital service provided without waiting for the end of the period), you acknowledge waiving this right once the service has been fully performed.

• The subscription is entered into for one month, tacitly renewed each month.
• You may cancel at any time from the Stripe billing portal accessible in your account.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; no further debit occurs afterwards.

Outside the applicable right of withdrawal, periods already started are not refunded pro rata, unless otherwise required by law.
